  1. This is a welcomed address to a poignant development agenda for Fiji. Globalization effects and the ravaging effects of capitalism continue to affect land management and with that rises the conflicts and competition that marks a system under stress. We need innovative solutions to our land problems to improve our standard of living, solutions arising from within, guided by our values and aspirations and build on consensus and foresight.
